Since three generations, the Cabral & Martins family perpetuates a unique know-how, in respect of traditions.
During the visit, you will discover all the production stages:
from fresh sugar cane, to natural fermentation, until the artisanal distillation in our copper still heated by a wood fire.

The visit is accessible to all and ideal for families.
While adults taste our grogues, the younger ones can savor a fresh and natural sugar cane juice.

Experience one of Cape Verde’s most authentic traditions through our handcrafted couscous workshop.
During this unique experience, you will learn every step of preparing traditional Cape Verdean couscous, from hydrating the corn flour to the traditional steaming process, following techniques passed down through generations.
Set in a natural and welcoming environment in the heart of Cidade Velha, this workshop offers a true cultural and culinary immersion.
